I require that clients make payment via PayPal, unless another agreed-upon arrangement is made. Smaller projects (up to $300.00) require full payment up-front. Larger projects require 50% payment up-front and final payment within 14 days of the finished project being returned. Recurring projects (social media management and content creation) require first payment up-front; subsequent payments are billed the first of each following month. Payment is due within 14 days. A full description of payment arrangements and cancellation of services is explained in the contract I provide to each client.

Once we've determined an estimate of costs, I will email you a contract and a Welcome Letter that will clarify the next steps and my process from beginning to end. Included in this letter will be a questionnaire that will help me gain additional information from you so I can ensure that my work will fully meet your needs.
